So you're prepare for 1st meditation! This meditation is very simple. Here is procedure:
Timing: Before sleeping
Procedure: (Must be carried out all steps)
- Lay down on bed straight.
- Put your right hand on left side of chest.
- Take deep deep breaths slowly.
- Turn off lights.
- Remember the sunlight of the linked page.
- Feel that you're on the bridge (Which will you look at the next page).
- Stop deep breaths and let your self as cool & Close your eyes.
- Ask yourself: "Who are you? "
- Let your mind, where it goes.
- Be free as you can.
May be you will feel at the primary stage some curious and funny states. But let them flow. Don't care about those odd feelings. Just do it, before sleeping every night.
And finally before doing the mediation click below given link and let memorize all vision in your mind. Sunlight, ocean, bridge, birds etc. Especially for some some seconds gaze your eyes on the lower part of sun, which shines more than all its sphere.
